Description
VIETNAM - Order of KIM KHANH, 1923 Obverse : Cartouche bearing 6 characters surrounded by dragons. Reverse : Cartouche bearing 4 characters surrounded by dragons. Decoration of merit of the Order of KIM KHANH of Vietnam (2nd degree) created by Emperor THANH THAI (1889-1907). It consists of two plates of finely soldered gold in the shape of a ritual gong and decorated with two confronting dragons, clouds, flowers, and flaming pearls. In the center, ideogram characters: 'Nht Hng Kim Khánh'. With the original award document and original trimming, which is extremely rare. 14.45 grams 74mm wide(gold part) x 64 mm long with the beads.
