Small Cherokee wedding vase by Elzina Tramper Bradley. 1950s-1960s, N.C. USA North Carolina. Elzina Tramper Bradley (1917-2007) is best known for her mottled beige and smoke-black pottery, produced using traditional methods. The open flame adds a final touch of color, producing works with an organic surface. Examples of her work can be found in several museums in the United States. The pieces are very rare.
