Description

Original cover created by Francis Bergèse for the album Squadron Biggles, sixth volume in the Biggles series. An original and unusual composition in the world of the series, this cover leaves aside the traditional aviation scenes to highlight the characters of Biggles, brought together in a true « family photo ». The illustration depicts a drawn group photograph, placed on a Royal Air Force (RAF) uniform. A particularly carefully staged composition, bringing together the main protagonists of the series in a composition that is both evocative and nostalgic.
